What is your return policy?

Due to the products offered being personally imprinted, there are no refunds. All sales are final. If for some reason the product you ordered is damaged during production you will be offered an alternate product at no addition cost to you.

What if I missed the final day of ordering for my Event?

No Worries, it takes a couple of days to close out the bookkeeping paperwork for an event. So, depending on the legnth of time from that event and your order there's still a chance to help support them. Best to give me a quick email/call if you want to make sure it went through.

How can I order items using my images from our photo session?

Please reference the photo# in the notes when processing your order.. but remember..as a current client you may want to check to see if I can offer you a coupon code. Active clients have a reduced price list within 30 days of their session :)

What are the recommended steps for ordering?

1) First, browse the site to see what we are currently offering. Every month we will have 'Themed' product samples and those are sold as is.

2) However, if you want to add your own image then PLEASE make sure you have the copyright to that image. A consultant will contact you directly to verify as we have full respect for our fellow photographers and copyright/reproduction laws.

3) Next, Have the image you want in .jpg format when submitting. Also, be aware that it will be processed as shown in the example. You can also note a request for us to edit waist up.. or full body..etc. However once your order is processed there are no changes accepted. (is your file too big?or your don't have a jpg file?.. just email it to me along with a current phone # so we can verify it went through).

4) Finally, Have your payment ready and don't forget to add the coupon code if you have any or 'EVENT' code if you are supporting any of the active fundraisers posted.

I'd like to have more customization to my product, maybe even a new design, can I call in my order?

ABSOLUTELY! We love designing new layouts and bringing your ideas to life. Our abundance of commercially licensed files will help us create this item for you. Also, if you have your own business logo we'd love to help build your swag collection. You will need to call and then email us your file. Our design team will do a quick survey on what you are looking for and then offer 2 different styles. This process will require a $25 deposit and $5 of that is for our design fee.
